Port Morris has exhibited its skill and expertise on 70 of the 100 Riverside Apartments developed by Donald Trump. Our work on these luxury residences has included lobbies and healthclubs as well as interior and exterior courtyards. Materials for these projects were selected from the finest available in Italy and Portugal.
Staggered patterns of Crema Marfil marble and Moleanos limestone with brown accents were used in the flooring; Mocha Cream limestone with a Dimensional Stone base make up the walls and trim.
Glass mosaic tile walls dominate the health club, and 1/2 inch travertine walls highlight the elevator lobbies. Swimming pools are surrounded by marble and glass tile mosaics.
Exterior courtyards consist of randomly sized Bluestone Flagging with a Rubblestone trim lining the walkways. 2-foot square granite pavers also appear throughout.
Careful attention is paid during the planning stages of work on the Riverside projects in order to maintain an aesthetic balance of the stone, millwork and finished metal that are used in their construction. |

Completed in 11 months, the construction of Forty Wall Street was an amazing feat when one considers that this building contains nearly one million square feet of floor space.
The Trump Organization acquired the building as a speculative venture in 1995, and its block-through lobby was later renovated by Der Scutt Architects.
It is often referred to as The Crown Jewel of Wall Street.
