This noted midtown transportation hub and national landmark underwent a major renovation in 1998, and Port Morris played a major role in its revitalization.
Many of the Grand Concourse's original Tennessee Pink terrazzo floor panels, in place since the terminal's inception in 1913, were replaced by custom-crafted panels consisting of Texas Pink blended with various cement colors to create a suitable match.
Port Morris also installed epoxy terrazzo flooring and wainscot in the Grand Central Market and the dining concourse areas, along with new ceramic tile toilets and epoxy terrazzo flooring in the rest rooms. |
